Introduction

In ancient times, the pharaohs used to ultimately depend on the Nile to provide them all the necessities of life. So in order to instigate floods, the pharaohs made significant sacrifices, such as their most famous ritual known as the "Bride of the Nile"" sacrifice where they used to choose the most beautiful maiden and dress her up extravagantly, then prepare a lavish celebration at which they throw the bride in the Nile. This was to show gratitude in the old times. And since then, the river Nile has been very significant for Egyptians until today and always will be.

We all hold this appreciation and admiration of the enormity and greatness of the river Nile in our hearts and try to express it by taking a deep breath then wondering about the treasure that we have, just by being Egyptians. The great ancient civilization that  is thousands and thousands of years old owes itself to the Nile, which represents life, nature and evolution.
Today, people generally dream of living by the Nile so that they can enjoy the fresh air, the view and the beauty of nature. There is nothing they wouldn't give to have the luxury of opening a window that directly overlooks the Nile and enjoy the marvelous view any time they please.
